Tours are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
However, if we cancel the tour due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.
Since in most of the tours transportation is shared, please allow a 15–30 minute window for pick-up, as other travelers will be collected along the route.
SHUTTLES
Transportation reservations are non-refundable unless canceled at least 24 hours in advance. In that case, you will be entitled to a 25% refund, excluding any taxes, PayPal fees, bank fees, or other charges.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.
FLIGHT DELAYS
If your flight is delayed, we will do our best to accommodate you. Please notify us as soon as possible so we can coordinate with our drivers.
However, if the delay exceeds 4 hours from your original scheduled arrival time, we cannot guarantee the service, and a refund will not be issued.
If your flight is canceled or you miss it and you inform us less than 4 hours in advance, a refund will not be possible.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by accidents, traffic, or any other situation beyond our control.
